The Foundation Box Rioja presents the third “Infart edition. Infancy and Art ”, a program directed to the centers of Primary education, THAT and Baccalaureate, which target is to spread the new creations that exist in the ambience of the contemporary art.

The entity tries to encourage in the child his curiosity on having seen the new realities that turn concerning the current art and of last century, with the end, on the one hand, of creating critical spectators and, for other, of causing in the students his taste for the artistic creation, and the thought.

It is not strange that multitude of artists shows a big interest in those “primeras impress ” of his childhood. Even some of them think that his infancy was the ‘motor ’ of the rest of his life. Others speak about a connection between the logic of the adult and the infantile instinct.

The Foundation Box Carlos López Garrido, Carlos Corres and José Antonio Olarte has wanted to invite Rioja in this third ‘Infart edition ’ to the artists riojanos, with the target that they contribute his opinions and all let's be able to contemplate his works.
